Luminary Impact exists for one reason: too much good community work stays invisible and underfunded. We bring it into the light, built by an operator who has spent his career inside the work.

Saide Saddiq is a community engagement specialist certified by the Tamarack Institute and a service disabled Army veteran. He has spent his career inside mission-driven programs: running their community engagement, building their campaigns, facilitating their curriculum, and carrying the relationships that hold the work together.
Across all of it he watched the same gap repeat. Organizations doing real work could not prove it in funder language, so the funding went to organizations that could. Luminary Impact is the system he built to close that gap: done-for-you engagement, measurement, and funder-ready reporting, so the proof gets built while the mission gets run.
Not a values wall. Four operating rules we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
Every figure is labeled for what it is: measured, a readiness judgment, or not yet assessed. Nothing unmeasured is shown as measured.
All production is U.S. reviewed. Your data stays in the United States and is handled only by U.S. based team members. Participants appear by code, never by name.
We never submit on your behalf, never inflate a number, and never mark a requirement done that isn’t. Your name goes on your work.
We capture what others let disappear and prove what others leave unmeasured, so the work is still visible long after it is done.
Luminary Impact is the commercial service of Legacy X LLC. Our parent company, Legacy 10 Holdings LLC, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that pursues government contracting; its credentials live on the government page. For everyone else, this is the sign that the same standards run underneath the work.
We believe impact is not real to a funder until it can be seen, and that small organizations lose funding they have earned simply because no one had time to document it. The right partner fixes that quietly and completely, so leaders can stay on their mission instead of their paperwork. That is the whole company.
