The constraint is how many we work on simultaneously, one active workstream at a time on most plans, two on the Agency Desk, three on the Full Squad. As soon as one request is delivered, the next one automatically starts.

The Production Desk assigns requests to our managed team, a coordinated group of experts who work through your queue. A Dedicated Seat assigns one named expert to your account who works exclusively on your requests every business day. The Dedicated Seat gives you deeper brand continuity and more daily capacity; the Production Desk is more flexible and starts at a lower price point.

It depends on complexity. Simple tasks (a social graphic, a blog upload, a basic page edit) typically return the next morning, 24 to 48 hours. Standard tasks (an ad set, a landing page section, a presentation) take 2 to 4 business days. Advanced or complex work (a full landing page build, a website redesign, an automation sequence) is 4 to 7 business days. We'll estimate turnaround when your coordinator reviews your brief.

Yes. The Agency Desk plan and above include full white-label delivery, no LI/LX branding on any deliverable, agency-branded report exports, and multi-client workspace organization so your production is invisible to your end clients.

We cover 17 request types across four categories: Creative (social graphics, ads, presentations, PDFs, flyers, video/animation), Technical (website updates, landing page builds, email templates, CRM setup, automations), Growth (SEO implementation, blog publishing, reporting), and Operations (admin support, document formatting, research, client deliverables). LI/LX does. You never speak directly to a designer or developer. You submit your requests to your production coordinator, who assigns the work internally, reviews it for quality, and delivers finished work back to your portal. Your point of contact is always LI/LX, not a freelancer.

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can pause, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We don't believe in locking clients in, we'd rather earn your continued business by delivering great work.
